Marlborough Farmhouse

I love watching Grand designs on channel 4, i find it really interesting watching the houses getting built and they are usually really good designs. I was watching it last night and there was this well cool house getting build, the design was cutting edge but used all natural materials so that the new build blended in with the farm scenery and rolling hills. This build did cost a lot and it shows but i think the finished build was so modern but fits in so well with the whole farmers life. They had a specially made wooden staircase build which is so amazing. The whole house was finished to such high spec and it really does pay off . Here are some finished pictures of the house.
