I recently found these rainbow pancakes on Swissmiss which had originally come from a website called i am mommy, they just caught my eye and I think they are so cool and so much more interesting than normal golden colour pancakes! Who ever said 'Don't play with your food'?

Hanger Tea

I recently saw these cute little hanger tea bags, I think this idea is so simple and just a nice quirky design. The hangers are colour coded for the different types of tea. Designed by Soon Mo Kang these hanger tea bags also feature on Swiss Miss and Thedietline

Scanwood kitchen utensils

I was looking at TheDieline.com the other day when i came across these kitchen utensils, now normally kitchen utensils come on a bit of cardboard telling you what it is, not very interesting or well designed at all, however these Scanwood ones are.

Scanwood is a Denmark manufacturer of wooden appliances for the kitchen, selling their products in Denmark as well as the rest of Europa and the Middle East.They wanted to change the packaging to communicate the fact that their products are made through an environmentally friendly process and are made from all natural materials.

Goodmorning Technology are the clever people held responsible for this lovely packaging, they are a strategic design agency in Denmark.

Twinings advert

I recently watched this new advert for Twinings Infusion tea and it just made me smile. It is such a clever advert and I can imagine it was really fun to do. 5 gum advert

I recently saw this advert and think it's really good. Just watching it makes my skin tingle, but more than that it gives me a big urge to go out and buy the gum because I want to experience that feeling.

Hello Charlie

I tried to find Hello Charlie a while back now after watching Jamie at home and seeing that they were the graphic designers behind the fantastic graphics on that programme. I wasn't able to find them back then but now I have. Hello Charlie were founded to guide clients through the design and production process, they have worked for big clients and big programmes such as, Ramsay's kitchen nightmares, Casualty, Jamie at home and the Brit Awards. All their work is moving image so it's hard to show you examples on here, however they do produce some really good work and they have a really nice, original style. Daily Drop Cap

Branch

Branch is a London based design consultancy. They have a nice a clean designed website which shows off some good work. I really like the thankyou cards that they have produced, I think they have used the type and the space really well. And also I really like the Bengt clothes tags and business cards, the use of the bright colours look good on the dark backgrounds of the tags as well as the illustrations within the type.

Spinach Design

Spinach Design are a London based design agency. I was really interested by their choice of name so thought I would check their website out. They have a really well designed website, with thumbnails or their work in black and white it looks really classy. They also produce some really good work, I especially liked the pieces for Corney & Barrow wine bars and also the Weber Shandwick/Bols album which I have posted up here ....

Cheese&Pickle

Cheese and Pickle are a brand design consultancy who work in a barn in Hertfordshire, now if that doesn't interest you enough then, when you go onto their website you can't actually see a portfolio of their work. The website is quite simple and clean and well designed, it has a box with information about them and in the background there is a full screen slide show of pictures, which show a mixture of work and the team working. From the website I feel like Cheese and Pickle are quite a interesting company who look like a lot of fun to work with as well as producing great design. bleach

bleach is a multi-disciplinary graphic design consultancy in London, founded in 2003 by David Puzey and Matthew Darcy Hun Bleach produce some really stunning work, whilst looking through their well designed and easy to navigate website I was trying to pick out a few pieces of work to talk about, however all of their work is really, really good it makes it very hard to choose.
