Paperwhite studios is a creative studio in New York who are currently doing this project "I love you more than 'blank". They believe you can't evaluate the value of something unless you measure it to something else. They let people from all over write in these hearts 'I love you more than ...." and finish it off! Purple Creative are a design agency in Knutsford. The first thing i noticed when i went onto their website was the typography used on the site, it's really quite fun and interesting. Bourn Design

Bourn design is a design agency in Stockport born in 2007. They say they are different because they focus on simplicity. And just like they say their website is very simple but nice, it has quirky little pictures relating to the top of the page which are just great! They have done some work for names such as NHS Stockport and Celltec. I had a look through their portfolio and they have some really nice clean, simple work i've picked out a few examples. The wind

This is an avert that i saw at the cinema and i missed the very end of it so i didn't realise what is was supposed to be until i heard some students talking about it!! I think its really clever and different! It makes me want to go out and do the stuff he is doing! 

                                        

Contact with Devote associates

Today i e-mailed Devote and within the hour (well impressed) Daniel Clarke had e-mailed back!!!!! He answered all my questions really well, more than i thought i'd ever get. Just from his answers he seems really down to earth, he is actually working with some students from college on a website soon and said i should get involved. He seems really keen to help students and has offered to look through my portfolio for me! I'm really pleased that daniel got back to me and how quickly i plan on keeping in touch with him in the future.

Marlborough Farmhouse

I love watching Grand designs on channel 4, i find it really interesting watching the houses getting built and they are usually really good designs. I was watching it last night and there was this well cool house getting build, the design was cutting edge but used all natural materials so that the new build blended in with the farm scenery and rolling hills. This build did cost a lot and it shows but i think the finished build was so modern but fits in so well with the whole farmers life. They had a specially made wooden staircase build which is so amazing. The whole house was finished to such high spec and it really does pay off . Here are some finished pictures of the house.

Love creative

Love creative is a Manchester based graphic design company. Their website is sooooo cool, its so original and so different to anything i've seen before. They have worked for really big names like Microsoft, BBC and Nike. Their work is really cool just like their website, the concepts behind the design are really clever, they did a campaign for Nike over christmas and their idea was 'Naturally gifted' and the work they produced is really good, i've put it on here. Devote associates

This is a graphic design company i came across whilst searching for designers in the Manchester area. They have a really nice clean website with not much clutter which is easy to navigate around. I had a look through their portfolio and there is some really eye catching work. They seem to produce quite simple, effective work that looks really clean.
